Today: You are the chef!

You will learn everything from shopping tips to specific techniques, including how to make subtile dressings. You will create variousgastronomic compositions that can easily be reproduced at home thanks to the supplied recipes.


During this practical workshop, you will take an active part in creating a menu that will be elaborated by our experienced chef. He will teach you culinary techniques and seasoning secrets that will help you to easily reproduce the menu back at home. A tasting session is also organised for your very own pleasure.
