La Belle Ecole offers different types of typical French workshops :
Hanging out in 2 typical parsian markets with 2 French Specialists, then taste some "home made" dishes in a Famous Haussmanian appartment or create various gastronomic's compositions that can easily be reproduced at home thanks to the supplied recipes.You will learn everything from shopping tips to specific techniques, including how to make subtle dressings.

Discover typical Parisian markets with real Parisian's women! They will help you to find the best stands: cheese, meat, vegetables...They will give you all their tips and tell you about the French traditions.
After this nice walk, you will enjoy a nice "home made" meal in a typical haussmannian apartment with your new friends!
-Appetizers, small first course, traditional main dish, cheese tasting ( from the market), desert - Wine included.

Market Visits & Cooking Sessions in Montmartre - Morning sessions

Our market classes start with a visit guided by the Chef to the local market to discover and select fresh, seasonal produce for the day’s menu. Like in a fine dining restaurant you will create the menu, learn how to select top quality produce from the market and meet local merchants to whom you are welcome to ask questions. Back at the school – aprons, chopping boards and chef’s knives provided – we will cook together from scratch a starter, main course, and dessert.
At the end of the hands-on cooking session, we sit down around the cozy dining table and enjoy the 4-course meal together including a fine selection of cheeses from the market and some great wine taking our time to discuss the recipes and savor the exquisite food. All of our classes also include a traditional aperitif to appreciate true French hospitality!
